My Approach & Values

We are ultimately responsible for the choices we make in life. I will help you understand the choices available to you and help you make informed decisions that are best for you. I will never tell you what to do, but it’s my job to help you understand your options and be with you through the process.

Quality relationships are probably the biggest key to a healthy life. I will help you develop deep and meaningful relationships with myself and others, which can make life fulfilling. At Blue Line Connection, you are not alone. We can make it through together.

Rationality and science are essential to accurately understanding ourselves, others, and our place in the universe. Irrationality is an inescapable part of our humanity. Knowing the differences between our interpretation of reality and what is truly happening in reality are the key to a lot of psychological hurdles we face. I will help you explore those differences and the scary and meaningful parts of our rational and irrational selves.

I have been working directly with law enforcement for over a decade in a variety of settings. I deeply respect members of law enforcement and everything they do to keep our communities safe. It is my pleasure to offer members of the law enforcement community meaningful counseling services via telehealth, as well as offer training and consultation related to a variety of mental health topics to law enforcement organizations.
